Once upon a time in the city of New York, there were ‘three’ Twin Towers. Two of the towers were very tall, measuring thousands of feet in height and exceeding 100 stories each. The ‘third’ tower was small in stature, measuring only five feet in height, but towering over the ‘twins’ in greatness.

I was expecting my sixth child and my family, especially the children, were very excited. My oldest was 12 years old, the next one 11, then 9 and 7. My fifth child was almost 2 years old and the older kids were eager for their toddler brother to have a new companion with whom to share and play.

Moishey suffers from chronic sinusitis. It is a very disturbing condition which causes thick green nasal congestion, heavy-headedness, fatigue, and very often (as in Moishey’s situation) high fevers.
