It was such
a bitter pill
at first,
so hard
to swallow.
But
we swallowed,
and soon after
the pill
started working
on us.
It made us
so much more
sensitive
and caring
and gave us
such a bright perspective
to view
the world from,
that our DS brother
is a vitamin
rather
than
a pill.
