Declaration of Imperfection

I am not perfect
I live on Planet Earth
That is where humans live
Humans are not perfect
Never have been - never will be.
So I don't always wear the right clothes
And don't always use the right fork
My memory sometimes fails me
I don't look like a fashion model
And I don't cook like a French chef.
I can't always do
What people expect of me
I am human I am imperfect
But there is no one like me
In the whole wide world
I am unique... I am me.
